It’s $100,000 in strategic expertise and communications support, given to one nonprofit organization doing meaningful work in its community. The same level of support we provide paying clients — not a one-off donation of leftover time.
Why we built this: We believe organizations doing important work deserve access to the same level of strategic thinking and communications support as large brands and corporations. Through the HOME—agency Mission Meets Action Award, we put that belief into practice by investing $100,000 in strategic expertise, brand, messaging, and communications support in one nonprofit organization each year, whose mission and practices align with our values. This is a real strategic partnership, approached with the same rigor, care, and collaboration we bring to every paying client engagement. No templates. No surface-level fixes. We show up, stay until we understand what’s true, and build from there. Why HOME is doing this: Because we believe organizations doing important work deserve access to the same level of strategic thinking and communications support as large brands and corporations, and we wanted a real, tangible way to put that belief into action.
Depending on the nonprofit’s needs, support may include:
– Brand positioning
– Messaging strategy
– Communications planning
– Audience definition
– Brand architecture
– Website strategy
– Content strategy
– Campaign planning
– Fundraising communications support
– Stakeholder alignment
– Executive and board messaging
The exact work is customized based on where the organization can create the greatest long-term impact.
